Overview

Be a part of the network management revolution!  An immediate opportunity exists for a network engineer professional who will function as our Principal Advanced Services Engineer to lead the development of NetBrain’s Advanced Services Portfolio.  If your expertise is in professional services for enterprise networks, you are enthusiastic about working with and inside customer networks, and have a passion for being a customer advocate, this is the role you are looking for. We will provide the training necessary to help you become an expert on NetBrain’s industry leading software. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development of NetBrain’s Advanced Services portfolio
  • Manage the on-time, and high quality delivery of NetBrain Advanced Service projects
  • Be the customer advocate inside NetBrain, and influence change in other parts of the organization
  • Engage with potential service partners to help scale NetBrain’s advanced services capabilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for partners and NetBrain Advanced Services
  • Define and refine the Service Partner’s on-boarding and training requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Professional Services role for Enterprise IT software
  • Experience in Network Management, Architect, Design – Network Engineering Consulting experience desired
  • Minimum of CCNP level network engineering experience is required
  • Experience managing a technical team is ideal
  • Experience with contract management and negotiation is a plus
