NetBrain technologies, the market leader in network automation based in the US, is continuing to expand globally this spring. After opening offices in Munich and Beijing, we are opening offices in Toronto and London in 2018. In order to accommodate our growth, we are creating a core office centered around services and research/development in Toronto, where the team will be key in maintaining our presence as a leader in network automation, serving a host of customers and networks around the world.

Today, over 2,000 of the world’s largest Enterprises and Managed Services Providers use NetBrain’s platform to provide visibility and automation during troubleshooting and network changes. The NetBrain Solutions Engineer, in the Support and Services team, will provide deep NetBrain expertise including System Architecture, Deployment, Customization and Training to our rapidly growing Enterprise customer base.

Overview

In order to accommodate our growth, we are creating a core office centered around services and research/development in Toronto, where the team will be key in maintaining our presence as a leader in network automation, serving a host of customers and networks around the world.
We are looking for a Director - Support and Services, to be the local leader of Customer Success in Toronto. You will have the opportunity to build up a world class team of engineers and engagement managers, focused on delivering value for our growing Enterprise customer base and help them take their NetBrain usage to the next level.
If you are excited by building something from scratch, developing and shaping a new team, and are enthusiastic about helping our Enterprise customers deploy, adopt and customize a novel solution to automate their network management, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

- Recruit, build and manage a world class IT client services organization consisting of engineers and engagement managers, serving some of the biggest Enterprises in the world
- Be part of the Services thought leadership at NetBrain, and responsible for executing on the strategy
- Engage with customers to understand opportunities to enhance the NetBrain platform through providing value add services
- Develop and manage engagement plans, schedules and success criteria
- Develop new Services and offerings that continue to augment NetBrain’s value
- Define success metrics for the team, ensure services projects are being delivered on time, with high quality
- Mentor, coach and develop the team – provide ongoing development for the team in both technical and project management skills
- Identify and manage project and customer escalations

Qualifications

- Experience as a leader responsible for Professional Services for a software or related business (Network background strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in delivering successful IT professional service engagements
- Exceptional communication skills via presentations, written and verbal
- Experience in hiring, retaining and developing top caliber talent
- Excellent people management skills, including ability to influence customers and stakeholders
- Strong customer success mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Travel: Up to 25% depending on the need
