    NetBrain is an automation platform that leverages the power of dynamic maps and executable runbooks to provide network teams end-to-end network visibility while enabling automation across the entire network. 


    The NetBrain Network Solutions Engineer, in the Support and Services team, will provide deep NetBrain expertise including Configuration, Customization, Troubleshooting and Training to our rapidly growing Enterprise customer base.

    If you are knowledgeable about enterprise networks, and are enthusiastic about helping our customers deploy, adopt and customize a novel solution to help engineers with their networking needs, this is the place for you. We will provide the training necessary to help you become an expert on NetBrain’s industry leading software and provide you with the opportunity to learn and apply different network, system and automation technologies.


    • Consult with customers to understand network environment technologies, challenges and tasks and guide customers with industry-leading best practices in network device management, network task automation and NetOps platform integration
    • Partner with NetBrain’s enterprise customers to troubleshoot, configure, customize and fully integrate the NetBrain platform in large global enterprise and Service Provider networks
    • Configure the NetBrain platform to provide visibility and automation for customer’s diverse network environments and technologies (ACI/vCenter/VxLAN/SD-WAN/IGP/BGP/MPLS, etc.)
    • Maintain cutting edge technology knowledge and trend in network industry, along with other main stream DevOp and NetOp tools
    • Train and assist customers on using the many features of NetBrain solution to enhance the way they currently manage their network in a variety of use cases, e.g. troubleshooting, compliance check, provision, security etc.
    • Provide assistance and feedback to product teams to further improve and enhance the product
    • Create and maintain user-focused and internal documentations including feature guide, engineer handbooks etc.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
    • Experience in one or more of the following: network design, network management, enterprise network operations,
    • Has a passion for working with customers, with strong customer success mindset
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of conveying ideas and applying knowledge to challenging tasks
    • Familiarity with Network Management and ITSM tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow, BMC, HP OpenView, EMC Smarts etc.
    • Certifications from network equipment vendor like Cisco, Juniper etc., such as CCNP,CCIE, JNCIP,JNCIE is high desired
    • Experience in IT or technical consulting is a plus
